To its credit, the team boasts an impressive total of over 115 years of real estate expertise, shared by its 6 experienced brokers. And, thanks to their hybrid English and French education, all are perfectly bilingual.
From day one, Groupe Newton based its operations in Notre-Dame-de-Grâce. The neighbourhood was always home to the four Newton sisters and Stacey Newton, while Matthew has since opted to settle in Montreal’s thriving Sud-Ouest sector. Their presence throughout the island of Montreal is well-established with buyers and sellers of single-family homes, co-properties and condominiums, as well as revenue and commercial properties.

Since 1980, the Newton team has established a strong market presence in the neighbourhood.
The former owners of Nancy Newton Realties, they acquired the Royal LePage office in NDG to become the Royal LePage Groupe Newton franchise. Thanks to this enterprising expansion, the Newtons developed a solid network of professional partners. Today, this alliance of trustworthy experts provides Groupe Newton clients with the specialized support they may require throughout the entire selling or buying process.
In time, the scope of Royal LePage Groupe Newton gradually evolved into a highly-respected real estate agency which counted over 60 brokers -- while individually, the Newtons all continued to effectively handle their own personal real estate transactions. Today, this is a team which is seamlessly adept at handling the myriad challenges of multi-tasking and complex issues. With the Newtons, there are never problems: only solutions!
