Deborah Newton
Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, N.D.G., Montreal Although she is an owner of Royal LePage Groupe Newton Deborah works most extensively as an agent. Sharing her over 20 years of professional experience in real estate with individualized attention to each of her client’s needs is a passion that Deborah never allows to be overshadowed by her responsibilities as the company’s broker. Nor does Deborah allow her work to interfere with the energy she devotes to her granddaughter Kaylee, and her daughter Stacey.

Nearly as extensive as her professional real estate experience is Deborah’s experience as a successful business woman. Her management and ownership role with Royal LePage Newton Groupe began in 2001 and is preceded by her role as a founding member of Nancy Newton Inc. As ever she combines her real estate agent and management responsibilities with efficiency and grace. Deborah’s personal interests are as diverse as her skills as a professional agent and business woman. She is an avid scuba diver, a former competitive swimmer, and she enjoys travel to the Caribbean, and digital photography.

Janice Newton
Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, N.D.G., Montreal anice is an agent whose strong involvement and attention to detail wins her accolades from her many satisfied, repeat customers. As an owner of Royal LePage Groupe Newton she also enjoys the challenge of developing concepts for the business. Her appreciation of the synergy generated as part of a large team of professional agents, and her enjoyment in mentoring people is reflected through her caring and creative approach to her work. Janice’s interest in all elements of the creative process carries over from her personal interests in oil painting, gourmet cooking, and her prior work in jewelry design.

Janice has over eighteen years of experience as a professional real estate agent. As an owner of Royal LePage Groupe Newton since 2001 and formerly as a founding member of Nancy Newton Inc., Janice combines her real estate agent and her family responsibilities with much flare and enthusiasm. Dale Newton
Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, N.D.G., Montreal ince Dale first embarked upon her real estate career fifteen years ago she has invested much energy and enthusiasm into growing the business. While representing the family to the industry and to clients in her work as a professional agent she inspires trust and confidence. Dale has a degree in Arts from Concordia University. Her profound interest in people and their different cultures has led her to travel the world over, from Africa, to India, to Hong Kong.

Nancy Newton Junior
Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, N.D.G., Montreal Nancy’s career in real estate began in 1995 following her decade long career as a registered oncology nurse with the Women’s Pavilion of the Royal Victoria Hospital. Another ten years later, Nancy is enjoying her successful second career as a professional agent and business owner. Nancy’s deep commitment to service excellence and management by equality are two of the values she brings to her combined agent, owner, and management responsibilities at Royal LePage Groupe Newton since 2001.

Having made her first sale the day she received her permit – Nancy hit the ground running and has not stopped since. This is no surprise given her interest in fitness and travel. Nancy approaches serving people as its own reward, and each satisfied client is a testament to the effectiveness of the care she dedicates to her profession. Care and dedication rivaled only by that which she dotes upon Newt, her very best canine companion.

Nancy Newton
Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, N.D.G., Montreal At the age of 47, after having raised six children, and at a time when most women may consider taking a breather, Nancy Newton began her eighteen year award winning career as the top performing agent for Royal LePage in the N.D.G./Montreal West area. As a dedicated mother, despite her own success, Nancy is most proud of her children's accomplishments. Her sons became doctors, one of her daughters became a registered nurse, and the three others followed her into sales.

In 1990, instead of retiring, she founded her own company Nancy Newton Inc. with her husband Ernest and their three daughters Deborah, Janice, and Dale. Nancy's talent is not limited to creating successful business ventures. For many years she has also derived great pleasure from the art she's created painting with oils.

In 2001 Nancy Newton Inc. acquired the Royal LePage Centre West office, and to this day Nancy continues to be an active owner participating in the company's management, and serving her clients as a professional real estate agent.
